Come and enjoy a day of joy, energy, nourishment and relaxation, at the beautiful Wick Farm, Nr Langport, with full access to the indoor Shala space, and three acres of outdoor gardens, forest, pond, labyrinth, and the secret locations in the outdoors! A day to truly recharge, you will be guided to the inner space of harmony and balance, from where deep healing, wisdom, joy and renewed energy can flow. All sessions focus on Vitality, Energy, Joy, Relaxation, Connection and Aliveness, to NOURISH the body, mind and spirit and let the inner GLOW and Radiance shine through.
