This ✨CandleLit Yin + Sound Bath ✨ is a chance to slow down, breathe, and let some of the buildup from the year finally soften. We’ll start with gentle, longer Yin stretches by candlelight — giving the body space to release tension and settle. Then we’ll move into a full sound bath, letting the vibrations support a deeper sense of rest and reset. A simple, calm space to let go a little before the busy season begins. Arrive - just before 4:30 pm to set up and relax into the space Yin Stretches & Gentle Movement 4:30 - 5:00pm (all props provided) Sound Bath 5:00 - 5:45pm Integration (quiet/gentle time at the end )plus a herbal tea, plus a delicious plant-based treat - 5:45-6:00 Depart - 6pm
