You can follow the sessions over three consecutive days, or return to them whenever it suits you.

Day 1 - Jaw & Neck Foundation
Start with the foundation
Today we begin by releasing tension through the neck and jaw, then gently activating the muscles that support your lower face.
Repeat each movement gently and without strain. This is about awareness and support, not force.
CHEEKS & MIDFACE
Day 2 — Cheeks & Mid-Face Lift
Build volume and support
Today we focus on lifting and supporting the cheeks and mid-face — the area that gives the face its natural freshness, volume and contour.
Move slowly and stay connected to the muscles you are working.
EYES & INTEGRATION
Day 3 — Eyes & Integration
Integrate and Soften
Today we soften and support the eye area and finish with a gentle full-face integration.
Allow your face to relax and absorb the practice.
