Celebrate the start of Spring and give your body and mind a gift of relaxation, vitality, nourishment and inspiration at this inclusive Day Retreat, set in a beautiful venue of Launceston Farm in Dorset, a truly relaxing and rejuvenating space surrounded by rolling hills and tranquil nature all around.

The Day to Nourish Body and Soul
A whole day dedicated to self-care, to truly recharge the batteries, restore equilibrium and harmonise our whole system with movement, rest, Sound, relaxation and nourishment through beautiful food and time spent in Nature. This retreat is for women only, and the day is designed in such a way so that you can feel held, seen, heard, loved and nurtured.
Beautiful Setting
The Retreat will be held at Launceston Farm in Dorset for the Day (DT11 8BY), where will have the full use of the light & airy Yoga space and dining room plus access to the outdoor terrace with seating, firepit, courtyard with a beautiful shepherd's hut, and an opportunity to explore the rolling hills and woodland of the Cranborne Chase AONB


Activities
The day retreat provides a rare opportunity to escape the busy-ness of the everyday and dedicate time and space to your inner wellbeing and wellness.
We will nourish our bodies and souls with
a beautiful movement session, Sound and Gong Bath, Vagus Nerve Breathwork, outdoor Qi Gong, FaceYoga Ritual and Massage and will have plenty of time to recharge, daydream, relax and connect.

The combination of these activities are unique to this retreat, and please don't worry if you've never tried any of these practices before. I will provide guidance and a safe space for you to explore each of these sessions, and I hope to be able to offer a truly special experience and guide you to the inner space of harmony and balance.
Nourishment
Food is a very big part of the retreat, and a delicious plant-based buffet-style lunch will be served to nourish our bodies and souls with vibrant healthy plentiful food. Food is the foundation of our health, so in choosing plant-based dishes we can directly influence our mood, hormones, energy and emotions and bring more joy to our hearts (and our taste buds!). The menu has been carefully chosen to stimulate your taste buds and to positively influence the gut microbiome. In the afternoon, refreshing tea/coffee will be served alongside a delicious healthy treat to delight us into joy and vitality.


Who is the Retreat for?
Modern living can take its toll on our bodies and spirit and the pace of life can feel relentless, which can makes us feel as if we are "on the go" all the time, with no real space for just being. Taking time out of your daily grind and focusing on your inner landscape with meaning and attention, has a magic ability to rebalance your energy and recharge your batteries.
This is exactly what this Day Retreat is for.
Letting go of stress, tiredness, daily worries and unwanted energy, and letting in renewal, replenishment, rest, gratitude and radiance!

The Day Retreat is suitable for all ages and all abilities, and especially beneficial if you have one or more of the symptoms below:

Program and Timings
The program is designed to create the best energetic flow throughout the day, with plenty of space in between the sessions for you to reflect and connect. Some sessions will take place outdoors, weather permitting. Please be advised that timings may be subject to change.

What to bring with you
The day will be spent both inside and outside, depending on the weather (it's March so can be unpredictable !) so please bring enough layers with you so you're comfortable during the day for any outdoor sessions if the weather is cooler than expected.
Please bring your favourite yoga mat, a cushion, throw/blanket plus socks and anything else you need for relaxation to keep cosy.

Outdoor shoes for walking outdoors will be a useful item to bring too!
