Service Description

Take a step towards your health and wellness with the Radiant Body monthly membership which gives you access to a selection of Pilates, Yoga and Meditation classes weekly. All classes are women-focused, with the exercise programs specifically addressing midlife stages of peri-menopause, menopause and post-menopause to help counteract signs of hormone imbalances by giving you a variety of body movement, resistance training, flexibility and stretch classes, relaxation and stress release practices. The classes are varied and provide a wide range of challenges, if you are a complete beginner, modifications will be offered. The monthly membership includes 3 livestream classes which are held on Zoom on Monday5:30, Tue 9:30am and Friday 9:30am. Additionally you will receive two pre-recorded Yoga and meditation classes a week to work with in your own time. Upon receiving your payment, an email will be sent to you with the zoom link and a schedule. I look forward to seeing you on the mat!
